Your access to the EarthMoments website
constitutes an agreement between you and EarthSync Music Limited to the following terms and conditions:
- EarthSync Music Limited is the owner of all intellectual property and other rights
in and to the EarthMoments samples, website, it's graphics, visuals and
trademarks. You may not use the EarthMoments samples, website, it's
graphics, visuals and trademarks without the written permission of
EarthSync Music Limited. Use of the EarthMoments
samples is subject to the terms below and to the EarthMoments Samples
– User License Agreement

If you desire to purchase any EarthMoments samples,
you will be required to confirm your agreement to the EarthMoments
Samples – User License Agreement and thereafter you will be redirected to
Google Check Out for payment for the EarthMoments samples you wish to
purchase. Once in Google Check Out you will, in addition to the terms of
this agreement, be required to agree to the terms and conditions of Google
Check Out.
- Once you have paid for the EarthMoments samples purchased by you ("the purchased samples") you will be
re-directed to the EarthMoments website upon which you will have access to
the purchased samples. Your use of the
purchased samples is governed by the EarthMoments Samples – User License
Agreement.
- We do
not warrant that the EarthMoments website will be uninterrupted or error free.
- We will
not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you and you will
refrain from making any such claims against us.
- EarthMoments
is not responsible if the purchased samples do not fit your purpose.
- We will
replace any defective purchased sample. We cannot accept returns for any
other reason. Please listen to the demo of the samples on the EarthMoments
website prior to purchase.
- We
reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse service and/or to
terminate our services at any time.
- We
reserve our right to amend these terms at any time.

This agreement shall be governed by the
laws of the United Kingdom, the courts of which in London shall have
exclusive jurisdiction thereon.
- We
respect your privacy. Please read our privacy policy which is incorporated into this
agreement.
